So, Lora got a set of Scholastic movies for Christmas. They are just well-known picture books that have the illustrations animated a bit. Her favorite one is "Chrysanthemum" by Kevin Henkes. This is really funny because she can't say the name very well, it sounds a bit like, "Crsanfenum." She walks around the house quoting little sayings, "Crsanfenum's a daisy, Crsanfenum's a daisy." I can't help but laugh at the silly way she says things! (Poscaple for popsicle; biscaple for bicycle)

We still remember and say things the way the kids used to say them when they were little. A pumpkin is forever a pun-come (Jaycee used to say it this way). They are so cute at this age.
